I know I said I wasn’t going to blog again until sometime in January, but I thought I would just pop in and share a few snaps from our Christmas.
The weather leading up to Christmas was so hot. We had storms in the evenings, which cooled things down, but also put us on fire alert – lightning strikes can easily start a fire, and if the fire isn’t spotted and put out quickly, it can get big, fast.
Christmas day started cooler, and got colder as the day went on. We planned to spend the day on the veranda, but we retreated in doors after lunch.
Toby enjoyed his new digger.
We all enjoyed sitting around, playing games and talking.
The girls enjoyed playing with their aunts, uncles, and grandparents.
Such a relaxing day spent with family.
