My mother whipped up some quick drawstring bags out of scraps of fabric. One for each puzzle. She got super crafty on some, and got the kids to use fabric crayons and draw on the fabric.
When the kids wanted to do a puzzle they would just tip out the entire bag and do the puzzle.
Once they had finished the puzzle was easy to slide back into the draw string bag. The kids quickly got into the habit of putting one puzzle away before starting on the next.
If you’re not much of a sewing person, try some large snap lock bags, or look out for childrens library bags at craft stalls and markets.
Keeping each puzzle in a bag means that the kids can easily do the puzzle, and all the pieces will be there for them.
Too easy!
Have you got any clever toy storage ideas?
How do you keep toys like puzzles and games together?

How simple is that? I think I can sew enough to make those bags-great idea x
what a great idea. we have all the bases in one box and all the pieces in another. so when we get the puzzles out it is a mission to find the correct pieces for each puzzle.
