Country Boy made a frame for the peas to grow up by weaving branches around sticks stuck in the ground. It looks beautiful.
Our onions are also getting close to ready.
Our broad beans are ripe for picking. I blanched them with some fresh asparagus, snow peas, zucchini and baby peas which I then tossed in a little butter, salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, and it was like heaven!
Country Boy has planted berries, rhubarb, potatoes, parsley, dill, zucchinis, tomatoes, and lots of other a vegetables. I am trying to use up the last of the vegetables I froze last Autumn, before we start picking our early summer crops.
