Peach Streusel Cake

  • 250g butter
  • ½c sugar
  • ½ c brown sugar
  • 1t vanilla
  • 3eggs
  • 2c SR flour
  • ⅔c milk
  • 8 peaches (peeled and quartered)
  • Topping
  • 70g butter
  • ½c flour
  • ¼c sugar
  • ¼c brown sugar
  • 1t cinnamon
  1. Cream the butter, sugars, and vanilla.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  3. Stir in the flour and milk alternately.
  4. Spread the mixture into a greased and lined spring-form tin.
  5. Press the peach quarters into the batter.
  6. Use your finger tips to rub the topping ingredients in together.
  7. Spread the streusel topping over the top of the cake
  8. Bake at 180*c for approximately an hour.
If you don't have fresh peaches, use frozen or canned peaches instead.
